Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services, website, online booking platform, and products offered by Terranetic LLC, a Colorado limited liability company ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), located at 607 10th St., Golden, CO 80401.
By scheduling an appointment, purchasing a product, accessing our website or booking platform, or receiving any service from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.
Description of Services
Terranetic LLC provides the following services and products:
- Professional massage therapy sessions (in-person)
- Wellness coaching (in-person and virtual/online)
- Online and virtual wellness sessions via video conferencing
- Sale of wellness-related products
All services are provided by trained and appropriately licensed or certified professionals. Services are intended for general wellness purposes and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Health Disclaimer and Medical Advice
Massage therapy and wellness coaching are complementary wellness services and are not a substitute for professional medical care. We strongly encourage you to consult with your physician or qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new wellness regimen, especially if you have existing medical conditions, are pregnant, or are taking prescription medications.
Nothing communicated by our therapists or coaches — whether in person, virtually, or in writing — constitutes medical advice. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Client Intake and Health Information
Prior to your first session, you will be required to complete a health intake form. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current health information and to update it whenever changes occur. Failure to disclose relevant health conditions may affect the safety and effectiveness of your session.
We reserve the right to decline or modify services if, in the professional judgment of our therapists or coaches, a condition presents a contraindication to the planned service.
Appointments and Policies
5.1 Scheduling
Appointments may be scheduled online through our booking platform (SalesEdge.io), by phone, or by email. Appointments are confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation message.
5.2 Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We understand that life happens! To respect the time of all our clients and practitioners, we require 48 hours' notice for any changes to your appointment.

To cancel or reschedule, please call or text us at 720-682-5143. If we are unavailable, please leave a voicemail — we will honor the timestamp of your message when determining applicable fees.
You may also use the reschedule option available through your booking confirmation up to 48 hours before your appointment.
5.3 Health and Wellness Policy
If you are not feeling well for any reason — including illness, fever, or contagious conditions — please contact us before your session so we can work with you to reschedule for a time when you are feeling fully well.
Your honesty helps protect the health and safety of our entire client community and our staff. In these circumstances, we are happy to waive standard cancellation fees at our discretion.
5.4 Late Arrivals
If you arrive late to your appointment, your session may be shortened to avoid affecting subsequent appointments. You will be charged for the full session time originally scheduled.
5.5 Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse, modify, or terminate a session at any time if, in our professional judgment, it is necessary for the safety or well-being of the client or therapist, or if these Terms or our professional code of conduct are violated.
Payment Terms
Payment for services and products is due at the time of service or purchase unless a prepaid package or other arrangement has been agreed upon in writing. All fees are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
Payments for online services or products are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full payment card information.
Prepaid packages and gift certificates are non-refundable but may be transferred to another individual upon written request.
Online and Virtual Sessions
By participating in virtual wellness coaching sessions, you acknowledge:
- You are responsible for ensuring a private, appropriate environment for your session
- You will not record sessions without express written consent from your coach or therapist
- Technical issues on your end do not entitle you to a session credit or refund unless the session cannot be completed
- Virtual sessions are subject to the same cancellation policy as in-person sessions
Product Sales
Terranetic LLC sells wellness-related products online and in person. Product descriptions and ingredients are provided for informational purposes. Individual results may vary.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase if the product is unopened and in its original condition. Opened or used products may not be returned unless defective. Contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return.
Services for Minors
Clients under the age of 18 may receive services only with the express written consent of a parent or legal guardian. The consenting adult is responsible for ensuring the minor complies with these Terms and for all associated fees. A parent or guardian must remain on the premises during sessions with minors unless otherwise agreed in writing.
SMS and Text Message Communications
By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to SMS communications, you agree to receive text messages from Terranetic LLC for appointment reminders, confirmations, and follow-up care messages in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable A2P 10DLC requirements.
Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website and materials provided in connection with our services — including text, images, logos, and course materials — are the property of Terranetic LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.
Confidentiality
All information shared during sessions — including health history, personal circumstances, and wellness goals — is treated as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy or as required by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Terranetic LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or products, including any adverse reactions, injuries, or outcomes.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Terranetic LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your failure to disclose accurate health information.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Jefferson County, Colorado, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms on our website or via email or SMS. Your continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any signed client intake and consent forms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Terranetic LLC regarding your use of our services.
